We have been retained to recruit multiple SDR's for a client in the Austin region.
This role is Base plus commission:
1st year: 52k base + 20 to 30k commissions
The ideal candidate is an energetic team player with the ability, AND SOME EXPERIENCE, to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Updated and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of outbound business development (SDR/BDR) work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
