Job Description

The Third Party Sales Optimization Manager for third party e-commerce will be responsible for strategically supporting high-level sales for key accounts, Customer Service, and third-party portals for Victorinox. This individual will manage sales tools and process for updates to retailer software, B2B e-commerce platforms, and internal systems, focusing on improving customer acquisition and conversion rates.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies aimed at maximizing customer acquisition across platforms such as Amazon and other third-party marketplaces.
  • Optimize product descriptions, media (e.g., videos), and content formats to improve conversion rates and visibility.
  • Build and maintain a partnership with Switzerland's global e-commerce team, 3rd party marketplaces, and Marketing to foster trust and alignment.
  • Work collaboratively to develop strategies that drive North American growth, ensuring seamless integration of content, technical systems, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and track KPIs related to SEO performance, sales conversion rates, and content effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all content and project initiatives align with and contribute to sales growth, providing measurable outcomes tied directly to sales goals.
  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central portals, ensuring daily tasks contribute to driving sales.
  • Administer B2B e-commerce platforms and third-party vendor portals, including systems like AutoQuotes, Replink, and others, to support acquisition tools and ensure timely updates.
  • Manage project timeline for onboarding accounts, including setting up accounts in retailer systems and coordinating with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Develop and execute operations processes that ensure smooth workflows and recurring updates for key platforms like Amazon.com and vendor portals. This includes streamlining technical systems and processes, aligning them with the overarching sales strategy to drive efficiencies and enhance performance.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of acquisition tools at the account and consumer levels, ensuring they align with sales needs and are optimized for performance across all digital platforms and third-party portals.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, e-commerce, or sales optimization (experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury retail preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth through SEO, content optimization, and strategic project management
  • Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central) and vendor portal administration (AutoQuotes, Replink, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, or other retail or CPG industry tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to independently analyze complex situations and make data-driven decisions

This role will be three days in office and two day at home after 90 days
