Beacon Hill Legal is currently seeking qualified, actively licensed JD candidates for a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney position with a reputable law firm based in the Philadelphia suburbs. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity that requires the candidate to be on-site five days a week.
The role will involve responsibilities such as drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings including depositions, arbitrations, discovery hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualified candidates must have a strong background in legal writing and oral advocacy. A minimum of 3 years of experience in second-chair personal injury litigation is required.
