Job Description

• 1 year of experience with IT help desk or desktop support preferred
• Good understanding of computer systems, printers and peripherals, networking, mobile devices, and related
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Fluent in English and another language such as Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• BSc/BA in IT, or Computer Science highly preferred
