Job Description

EnerMech is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. This role is key to supporting strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models and reports to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on cost drivers and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial planning software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
