What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with business owners, execs, and decision-makers
• Represent tenants in office & industrial leases, relocations, and renewals
• Conduct market research and analyze property data to support client strategy
• Tour properties, create presentations, and support proposal development
• Collaborate with senior brokers and track your leads in our CRM

What You Need

• An active Texas real estate license (or plan to get one before starting)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you like building things and solving problems
• A genuine interest in helping businesses grow through smart real estate moves
• No prior commercial real estate experience required — we’ll teach you everything
