Job Description

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Associates for a company located in Springboro, OH.

This is a temp-to-hire position, pay is weekly!

Shift - Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Job Duties:

• Receive inbound products and materials.
• Unload deliveries, sorting and stocking receivables.
• Reading an interpreting specifications of work orders or pick slips.
• Pull products and finished goods for shipping.
• Coordinate and provide support to other departments to resolve shipping and packaging issues.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, orders, and other documents in English.
• Excellent manual dexterity of both hands and precision finger manipulation.
• Ability to lift/move physical items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to key data accurately.
• Previous experience operating a forklift.
