WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING ASSOCIATE

POSITION SUMMARY: Based out of our Irvine, California warehouse, we are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate packing and timely shipping of finished goods, maintaining inventory organization, and assisting in the efficient flow of products within the supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick, pack, prepare products for shipments and create invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company quality standards.
• Process and fulfill orders using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock organization to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
• Receive and properly store incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely pickup of parcels.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and damaged goods issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PROFILE

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or eyewear industry.

• Ability to ensure order accuracy and maintain high standards in packaging and shipping.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory tracking, and shipping software.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written; possess a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while upholding the brand’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
• Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external).

The hiring range for this position ranges from $21-25/hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
