We are looking for a passionate, and detail-oriented Territory Sales Rep in the Northeast region to join our growing team!

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and increasing market share within the Northeast territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the sports apparel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales growth. Leverage existing network of independent retailers in your specific territory/region to strengthen Pro Standards market presence in top fan and fashion stores.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Regularly visit customers in their stores to foster relationships, show quarterly product offerings, and provide in person support and assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, nurturing them for continued growth.
  • Cross functionally collaborate and partner with sales support and operations teams in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions and product recommendations to meet their unique needs.
  • Travel and attend both regional and national tradeshows and quarterly GTM meetings in NY office.
  • Curate Assortments on Brand boom wholesale platform
  • Communicate real time feedback from customers to internal merchandising, marketing team sales leadership

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven expertise in both account management and new business development.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and trade shows.
  • Familiarity with Brand Boom is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mind set
  • Have a passion for sports
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
