Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk for a 5-6 month assignment in Acton, CA. This role requires a meticulous individual with excellent data entry skills, who will also handle some filing and phone answering duties. The candidate must be prepared to take data entry and Excel assessments as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into designated databases and systems.
• Perform filing tasks to ensure organized and easily retrievable records.
• Answer incoming phone calls, providing information and redirecting as necessary.
• Complete data entry assessments to demonstrate proficiency.
• Utilize Excel to manage and organize data effectively.

Requirements:

• Available to work Monday through Friday.
• Experience with data entry and proficiency in Excel is required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
