This position requires that the applicant selected currently possess and maintains an Active US Government TS/SCI with poly clearance. The position further requires the applicant will obtain a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform GPS work. Failure to maintain (or obtain, if applicable) the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements that results in the employee unable to perform the requirements of the role, may result in employment action up to and including termination. Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + Certification in PMP. + 5 years of experience in technical program management. + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph. Preferred qualifications: + Experience managing execution and high quality product delivery. + Experience working with or for U.S. State, Local, and Education organizations. + Experience in executive level communications. + Experience in problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments. + Ability to be an influential leader of an integrated team of both technical and non-technical members. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
