Swoon is actively seeking a Sr. Data Systems Analyst to join the team!

What your day-to-day look like?

• Responsible for formulating system scope and objectives, gather requirements, convert business requirements into technical requirements based on the architecture and ETL guidelines
• Execute data analysis related to the setup and management of identified data sources
• Ensure documentation of data and processes
• Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the questions to meet data requirements from business and vendors
• Prepare and validate solution design documents around scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance
• Support end-to-end project implementation as an SME for the team.

What’s Required?

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics (within the financial services industry preferred)
• Strong ETL background – 5+ years of experience
• Excellent SQL Skills
• Experience with both on-premise and cloud data
• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing
• 5+ years of experience in data mapping
• Python or Java experience preferred

What else should you know?

Direct-Hire / Full-Time Role – NO Contract

Location – Chicago (Downtown)

Hybrid – 3 days a week on-site
