Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team and provide exceptional speech therapy services in a school setting across the greater East Bay Area, with a focus near Concord, California. This position offers an opportunity to make a profound impact on students' lives by supporting their communication and language development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve students' communication abilities in areas such as articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Active California Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with school-aged children and making a positive impact on their lives.

Education and Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (Preferred).
• Active CA SLP license or eligibility (Preferred).
