Job Description

Onward Search is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Plymouth County, MA . This full-time, in-person position begins in late January 2025 and continues through the end of the school year, with the possibility of extending into the next school year.

Details You Should Know:

• Location: In-person, Plymouth County, MA (no virtual or hybrid options).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Grade Levels: Preschool through 2nd grade.
• Caseload: TBD.
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2025 (potential to extend).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
