Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager with an eye for stunning, engaging social video content to join our team of storytellers.

In this role, you'll help develop social strategies and work with our storytelling strategists and video team to capture social video, client interviews, photography, and other social content. You'll also create social media content, with an emphasis on social video creation, that aligns with our client's brand identities and marketing goals. Finally, you'll work closely with our storytelling strategists to ensure that all content is engaging, visually appealing, and consistent with our clients' brand messages and styles.

Our Ideal Social Storyteller Has:

• A love for visual storytelling
• Solid understanding of content creation tools with a focus on social video tools
• Awareness of continuously evolving social best practices by platform
• Proficiency in social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, others
• Ability to write social copy that's as engaging as the social videos themselves
• Ability to analyze engagement results and double down on the content that's working best by channel
• 2+ years of experience managing social platforms

This is a remote contractor role. For candidates located within driving distance of Lancaster, PA, this role can also include periodic on-location visits to client locations to capture social media video footage.
