Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary:

As a Sales Intelligence Analyst in MultiView Sales Operations, you report directly to the VP and help drive our strategic direction by analyzing sales data and market trends. Your work will empower over 200 sales reps and the entire company with actionable insights to optimize performance and meet growth targets. This role requires sharp analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic business recommendations.

Essential Functions:

Trend Identification :

  1. Proactively investigate critical business questions by identifying trends and patterns that drive growth opportunities.
  2. Analyze both internal metrics—such as velocity, win rates, deal sizes, pricing, and lead success—as well as external indicators, including industry trends, emerging markets, and fiscal patterns.
  3. Work with peers to convert insights into recommendations for tactical and strategic actions.

Reporting and Performance Optimization :

  1. Develop, maintain, and refine reports that evaluate the effectiveness of Sales Operations initiatives.
  2. Highlight trends and propose optimization strategies to enhance overall performance.

Insight Delivery :

  1. Address strategic, overarching questions raised by Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and executive team members by providing comprehensive data insights.
  2. Respond to ad hoc requests with timely, well-documented, and data-supported answers.

Department Initiative Facilitation :

  1. Help facilitate initiatives within the department such as pricing overhauls, lead assignment/scoring/sourcing, and project management.

Necessary Qualities and Experience:

Time management – Manage a list of open projects and execute against agreed timelines. Allow time for unexpected disruptions and effective priority management.

Exceptional Communication - Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

Proactive Problem Solving - A curious business mindset paired with a proven record of using data to uncover actionable insights.

Technical Expertise - Proficiency in SQL, data mining, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO) along with strong CRM data analysis skills. Experience with AI and Python/Pandas preferred.

Educational Background - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems or a related discipline.

Professional Experience - A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience demonstrating excellence in using data to drive organizational change.
