About the Role
As a Sales Executive , you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, working directly with business leaders to provide workforce solutions in Somerset. NJ! This position is ideal for someone with B2B or field sales experience who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue growth.

What You Bring
✔ 1+ year of outside sales or B2B sales experience (any industry).
✔ Proven success in business development, cold calling, and territory management .
✔ Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proactive approach.
✔ Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with business leaders.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools .
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
✔ Reliable transportation for client visits and territory coverage.
