We are looking for reliable Roofers/Laborers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs, performing general labor tasks, and assisting with other construction projects. This position requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and construction, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Follow safety protocols when working at heights.
Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance.
Be able to read and understand blueprints and plans.
Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks.
Lift and carry heavy objects.
Work in all weather conditions.
Climb ladders and scaffolding safely.
Understand basic roofing terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
25% (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
