GridSource is growing! We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our force in our Dallas TX office. Join us in building high performing teams that drive success across the telecom, construction, and corporate sectors.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a master juggler of requisitions spanning across telecom, construction, and corporate functions. You will possess strong sourcing skills, industry knowledge, and have an understanding of what it means to be a talent acquisition partner.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract the right talent
  • Leverage industry knowledge of the telecom and construction markets
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Partner with our hiring leaders to gain insight into talent needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including liaising between candidates and hiring teams to ensure stellar candidate experience
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters to ensure a smooth integration into the team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the ATS and trackers
  • Manage a fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining compliance with all internal processes and labor regulations.
  • Enhance employer branding through candidate engagement and consistent communication
  • Support long-term workforce planning by aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals

What You’ll Need

  • Proven success recruiting telecom, construction, and corporate roles
  • Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing capabilities
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple business units
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn a plus), sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
  • High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in the telecom industry
