Ellison Development is looking for a Real Estate Development Manager/Development Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and completion of mixed-use real estate development projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Development Manager/Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as managing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in each project. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. In this role, you will also be expected to stay updated on market trends, zoning laws, and other factors that may impact the success of each project. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making informed decisions that align with the company's strategic goals.
