As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Real Estate Business Development Associate to help drive deal origination, expand our investment pipeline, and develop key relationships. This is a part-time role (20-30 hours per week) with the potential for full-time growth as our acquisition efforts scale.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify and establish relationships with brokers, property owners, lenders, and industry professionals to generate deal flow.
  • Conduct outreach, cold calling, and networking to source new off-market real estate investment opportunities .
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the real estate and investment space.

Market Research & Deal Sourcing

  • Conduct market research and investment analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Track and manage leads, deals, and partnerships using Pipedrive CRM .
  • Work closely with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential transactions.

Career Growth & Earning Potential

  • Part-time (20-30 hours per week) with the potential for a full-time transition based on performance.
  • Direct exposure to real estate investing, deal structuring, and capital markets , with mentorship from senior professionals.
  • Performance-based bonuses and potential for equity participation in select deals.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (real estate, B2B, finance, or investment-related fields preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or pipeline development is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Interest in real estate investment and financial analysis (prior real estate experience is not required but preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (for 20-30 hours per week, dependent on experience).
  • Performance-Based Bonuses tied to deal origination and successful transactions.
