Prior experience with a general contractor is required. Candidates should have managed or assisted in managing projects in the past. Assistant Project Managers who feel they are ready to take the next step are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship and be able to commute to the Bay Area daily.

Role Overview

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships allowing you to assist in bringing in new work. On top of this, you will be successfully managing high-value projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring your project is running smoothly. You will oversee project engineers and assistant project managers as needed, providing guidance on everything from cost estimation to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee either one large or multiple smaller projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.

• Leadership: Manage and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers, helping to build a capable team that can support the company’s growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $130k to $200k (Fully dependent on experience)

• Bonus: Performance and company-based incentives.
