  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term customer satisfaction and happiness.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, driving improvements in project execution and team performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align project strategies with business goals.
  • Provide feedback to Product Development based on field insights and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Leadership & People Management:

  • 7+ years of experience in project delivery, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team.
  • Experience managing remote or field-based teams, ensuring strong leadership despite limited face-to-face interaction.
