This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator based in Nashville, TN, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration, managing garnishments, overseeing compliance with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and administering employee benefits.

• Payroll Administration and Benefits Administration skills
• Experience in handling garnishments and familiarity with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
• Certification in Payroll or Benefits Administration is preferred
