Description
Exciting opportunity to support a well-known multi-national organization. As a Payroll Analyst, you will contribute to success by preparing and inputting payroll data to ensure that partners are paid accurately and on time.
"Must-Have" Skills & Experience
+ 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing
+ Experience w/ high-volume payroll processing (1000+)
+ Experience w/ garnishments, multi-state, off-cycle
+ Smartsheet proficiency
+ Strong MS Excel
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Preferred experience in Federal/State/Local and/or Provincial labor
+ Relevant Certifications
+ SAP or other HRIS software experience
Daily Responsibilities:
- Cycle Processing
- On and Off Cycle (and separations)
- Communication as needed
- Validates understanding of communicated guidance
- Identifies gaps or enhancements and proposes changes
- Guides stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Ensures customer understanding of payroll information (partners outside of our team)
- Uses best practices on payroll ops processes and escalates concerns
- Identifies learning opportunities to enhance expertise
Work Setting
This is a 12-month contract assignment and is a 100% REMOTE position, open to candidates sitting in PST time zone.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
