Job Description

Established construction project management firm seeks experienced
Administrative Professional for part-time position (Estimated 20 hours/week
to start)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage diverse administrative tasks with flexibility and adaptability
• Support business operations with a proactive, can-do approach
• Handle written communications and documentation
• Help create compelling marketing materials and proposals
Essential Qualifications:
• Excellent writing skills with experience in marketing materials and proposals
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently, a problem solver
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Excel; social media
helpful
Work Arrangement
• Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling;
• Location: Work from home with 1-2 mtgs/week in person in Marblehead
• Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience
