Optometrist - Full Time - Competitive Compensation + Great Benefits - Chicago, IL.

We are looking to hire a Full Time Optometrist to serve patients and deliver excellent care in Chicago, Illinois (located just a short 20 minute drive to River North)!

DETAILS:

• Primary Care, Medical, Cataract and LASIK pre-/post-ops.
• Myopia Control and Specialty Contact Lens, if interested.
• Work with 1 OD.
• Call Schedule: Call is 1 week every 9 weeks.
• Very minimal phone call and are prescreened by the call center.
• Very rare to ever have to go in to the office on call.
• Strong Tech & Staff Support including Scribes.
• Average 18 patients a day.
• Updated technology including Optos, AR/NCT, OCT, VF, Topographer, EMR, iCare Tonometer, FDT.

SCHEDULE:

• 5 days a week.
• 4 day work week available.
• Work at 2 offices that are 3 miles from each other.
• Must work 2-4 Saturdays a month.
• Monday-Friday.
• 9AM-6PM.
• Saturdays.
• 8AM-3PM.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• Base Salary + Bonus.
• Average ODs making $140,000-$150,000 annually.
• PTO: 120 hours for Year 1 (increases over time).
• Can carryover up to 40 hours unused PTO hours.
