Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
•Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships, including food and beverage services, office equipment, and maintenance.
•Act as the primary point of contact for building management and service providers.
•Collaborate with IT and HR to support all office needs.
•Plan and execute office events, meetings, and celebrations.
•Provide occasional high-level administrative support to the CEO.
•Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or a related role.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
•Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
