Looking for a dynamic and rewarding role that combines office work with driving? Lamers Bus Lines is hiring a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our charter sales team as a Part-Time Office Assistant and Driver.

This is the perfect position for someone with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Whether you’re experienced in transportation or eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!

What We Offer

• CDL Training Available: We’ll help you earn your Class B CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements if you don’t already have it.

• Diverse Workdays: Split your time between office responsibilities and driving trips. Thursdays and Fridays in-office (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), with driving on other days as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Support: Build relationships with new and existing clients, secure new business, and handle trip reservations, quoting, and confirmations.
• Trip Planning: Enter bookings into the company’s charter software, ensuring all details are accurate.
• Professional Communication: Interact with clients via phone and email, providing top-notch service every step of the way.
• Driving: Assist with transportation as needed, driving trips on non-office days.

Who We’re Looking For

• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Precise trip planning requires excellent attention to detail.
• Customer Service Excellence: Dependable, respectful, and professional in all interactions.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using standard office software and learning charter booking systems.
• Transportation Experience: Preferred but not required—we will train candidates with outstanding customer service skills.
• Availability: Thursdays and Fridays in-office (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), with driving on other days as needed.
