Night Shift Production Supervisor

📍 Location: Mills River, NC

💰 Pay: $26.00/hour

🕒 Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (4 – 10 hour shifts)

Are you a natural leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence? Our client is looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep production running smoothly overnight.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise nightly production operations, ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and investigate workplace incidents as needed
• Manage and support team members including inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators
• Coordinate work schedules, shift changes, and job assignments
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to team members
• Assist with changeovers and optimize workflow to meet production targets
• Track timekeeping, attendance, and report absenteeism

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 3–5 years in a production environment; quality management background a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to stand for 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Availability to work weekends and overnight hours as needed
