We are looking for a medical device sales rep for a Dallas/Ft. Worth based territory. Previous OR experience is preferred but not required. Position would include sales and territory management, including technical and clinical support of craniomaxillofacial and chest wall trauma and reconstruction cases. Previous OR experience would include previous medical device sales experience. Other relevant previous experiences could be proven competence in other sales positions or other experiences and/or training requiring independent problem solving, the ability to handle complex situations and communication of technical solutions to others. Compensation would be a base salary during the initial training period followed by straight commission on existing sales within the territory. At the completion of the initial training period, annual compensation expected to be $80-100K per year based on previous territory performance.
