Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Salary/Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience

Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall marketing focus of the company

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage development and updates to new website
• Assist in development of marketing plan for sales and market penetration
• Create marketing materials for our website, executive team, and other marketing platforms
• Manage relationships with all marketing vendors
• Work with VP for Sales & Marketing to develop annual marketing budget and manage execution to that budget throughout the year
• Develop and implement digital marketing plans, including social media, advertising, and direct email marketing
• Play prominent role in developing sales support material
• Assist with preparation of presentations
• Assist sales team when needed with sales related activities
• Assist with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage marketing-related event planning as needed
• Competitor research and analysis; conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits
• Purchase marketing items on an as needed basis

Essential skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in marketing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a teammate
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency
