We are actively hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. Whether you're a recent college graduate or exploring a new career path, this position offers a hands-on introduction to the world of marketing, branding , and live customer engagement through in-person events and field campaigns.

As a leader in field marketing and brand outreach , we work with nationally recognized brands to increase visibility, attract new customers, and build lasting brand loyalty through high-impact, face-to-face campaigns.

No prior marketing experience is required — we offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of live marketing events, brand activations, and promotions

• Represent client brands at retail locations, trade shows, community events, and pop-up campaigns

• Interact with customers in-person to communicate brand messaging and product details

• Set up, maintain, and break down branded displays, signage, and promotional materials

• Gather customer feedback and insights to support campaign optimization

• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and outreach targets

• Learn and apply marketing strategies , brand positioning, and customer communication techniques

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences

• Outgoing, energetic personality with a professional appearance and attitude

• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment

• Willingness to travel locally to various event and campaign locations

• Organized with effective time management and multitasking abilities

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field (preferred, not required)

• Background in customer service, hospitality, sales , or retail is a plus
