Job Overview As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan, organize, and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance of production machinery, buildings, and equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, supervisory experience, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and evaluating performance
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of wire mesh welding line systems in compliance with ASTM-F432 standards
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure machinery uptime and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-based systems
• Manage emergency repairs and coordinate outside contractors as needed
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and generate shift reports
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to foster a team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED required ( BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in machine setup, repair, and calibration (wire mesh welding systems a plus)
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of PLC-based systems, robotics, and automated machinery is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and fabricating skills with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
