Commercial Property Resoucres is looking for a Leasing Agent/Admin that would be responsible for guiding potential tenants through the leasing process, managing lease documents, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, has excellent communication skills, and is detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Duties:
• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants.
• Explain leasing terms, community policies, and amenities.
• Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
• Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy.
• Administrative Duties:
• Answer phone calls, emails, and assist residents with inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident information.
• Assist with coordinating maintenance requests and work orders.
• Support office staff with filing, scheduling, and general clerical tasks.
• Marketing & Outreach:
• Help with social media posts, marketing materials, and community events to promote the property.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive referrals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Pay Structure: 1099

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Spartanburg, SC 29305 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Spartanburg, SC 29305: Relocate before starting work (Required)
