Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Cabinet Maker who will work in our state-of-the-art facility operating advanced machinery and building premium-quality cabinets. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, craftsmanship, and a passion for excellence. You’ll be a key player in our production team, working on everything from cabinet boxes to custom components and participating in the development of a brand with nationwide growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including CNC routers, edge banders, table saws, sanders, and routers
• Cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components with accuracy and consistency
• Assist in cabinet door making and custom wood finishing as needed
• Follow drawings, specs, and verbal instructions to produce parts to exacting standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform quality checks to ensure all parts meet Elyon’s standards
• Contribute to team innovation, efficiency improvements, and product development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of woodworking or cabinetmaking experience preferred
• Familiarity with shop equipment including CNC machines, edge banders, sanders, routers, and table saws
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting
• Understanding of cabinet construction techniques and wood materials
• Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
• Cabinet door making and finishing experience a strong plus

Starting pay: $50kyr+++DOE and Bonuses based upon total sales.
