Job Title: Junior Commercial Litigation Associate
Location: Westchester County, NY
Salary Range: $125,000 - $225,000
Job Description:
A Chambers ranked law firm is seeking a driven and ambitious attorney with 2 plus years of relevant experience and a completed clerkship for a Junior Commercial Litigation Associate role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
Qualifications:
• 2 plus years of experience in commercial litigation
• Completion of a clerkship
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
