As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you’ll welcome guests into a warm and inviting environment, guiding them through our diverse selection of stunning pieces—from timeless classics to custom creations. Your genuine passion for helping people celebrate life’s milestones will make all the difference as you assist customers in finding just the right piece for their special moments.

Customer Engagement:

• Greet every customer with a friendly smile and an open heart, ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they enter.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand their occasion and preferences, making the search for the perfect piece a joyful experience.

Product Knowledge & Guidance:

• Stay informed on our variety of jewelry lines, including designer, bridal, estate, and cultural 22-karat pieces, as well as our custom design services.
• Offer insight on gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship in a manner that empowers customers to make informed decisions—always staying humble and ready to learn alongside them.

Sales & Relationship Building:

• Present options that match each customer’s style, budget, and occasion, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each piece.
• Build enduring relationships by following up with clients to celebrate their milestones, inform them of new arrivals, or offer personalized recommendations.

Showroom Presentation:

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and beautifully displayed showroom that reflects our commitment to quality.
• Arrange jewelry displays thoughtfully, ensuring each piece’s distinct beauty shines through.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with fellow team members to deliver an exceptional experience—from greeting clients to processing sales to post-purchase care.
• Support your colleagues by participating in trainings, and giving & receiving constructive feedback

Continuous Learning & Growth:

• Participate in ongoing training and jewelry education to expand your knowledge and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, local market preferences, and popular styles to offer fresh perspectives to customers.

Retail or Customer Service Experience:

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a related customer-focused industry is preferred. Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required—we value a genuine passion for helping people.

Strong Communication Skills:

• Ability to connect with customers in a warm, sincere manner, actively listen to their needs, and communicate product knowledge clearly.
• Openness to receive and implement constructive feedback from management & colleagues.

Team Player:

• Enthusiastic about collaborating with team members in a positive, uplifting environment.
• Willingness to lend a hand and contribute ideas to continually enhance the customer experience.

Attention to Detail:

• Keen eye for spotting beauty and quality in every piece, or if anything is amiss, as well as an ability to keep the showroom immaculate.

• Genuine interest in the stories behind each jewelry purchase—weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, or “just because”—and a desire to be part of those unforgettable moments.
