Overview:

11North Partners is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial Investment team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and demonstrates exceptional analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for investing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable transactions, public comps, IRR sensitivity, etc.)
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and internal committee presentation to support investment decisions.
• Support all phases of the transaction lifecycle — due diligence, legal negotiations, capital structuring, and closing
• Monitor asset and portfolio performance with ongoing analysis and reporting
• Stay updated on industry developments and continuously refine analytical methodologies
• Interface with brokers, operating partners, lenders, and other external parties
• Assist senior team members in strategic initiatives, market research, and capital raising efforts

Qualifications :

• 1–3 years of experience brokerage, in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; working knowledge of Argus Enterprise is a plus
• Superior attention to detail, judgment, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines
• Self-starter that possesses innovative solutions and is proactive in resolving issues
• Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Acts in accordance with the values of the company and complies with all company processes and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree, strong academic record required
