Inside Sales / Application Engineer
General Summary:
Miller Energy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual for an Inside Sales / Technical Support / Application Engineering position with our Saratoga Springs, NY office.

Our company is an exclusive Representative for some of the Industry’s most highly respected manufacturers including Yokogawa, Brooks Instrument, MSA, Fluid Components Inc, among others. We serve a broad range of industries & markets including Power Generation, Pharmaceutical, OEM, Food and Beverage, Refining, Petroleum, Chemical, Industrial Gas, and Water and Wastewater.
Position:
Responsibilities will include application review, material/product selection and specification, proposal / bid creation, order processing, project management, customer relationship maintenance and development, competitive pricing analysis, material expediting, and technical support. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Strong computer skills are also required
(Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, etc).
Compensation:
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 / year. Miller Energy offers a highly competitive compensation plan that is negotiable based on education and applicable work experience. Benefits include PTO (Paid Time Off), Health Insurance coverage, Life Insurance, Employer Matched 401(k).
Experience:
4 Year Technical Degree preferred but not required. Experience in customer service or related areas is a plus. A strong mechanical aptitude, positive and aggressive attitude, desire to succeed, and willingness to understand and solve problems are also required.
