Front Desk Manager + Medical Technician Needed

• If this sounds like you,  The Healing Spot Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs is looking for a  Front Desk Manager & Medical Technician who wants to play a vital role in our patient experience while also gaining hands-on training in  ShockWave Therapy!

• In this role, you’ll be the  first point of contact for our patients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Additionally, you’ll have the  opportunity to be trained in ShockWave Therapy, providing treatments to clients and promoting this innovative service. You can earn up to an  additional $20/hour over base pay for providing ShockWave Therapy services!

The Mission of This Role:

• Engage with potential patients, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Learn and assist in providing ShockWave Therapy sessions, helping patients improve their health
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling, follow-ups, and payment processing
• Nurture relationships with clients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported

The Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Has  excellent communication skills and enjoys talking with people
✔️ Is  highly organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Is comfortable discussing  sensitive topics related to pelvic health
✔️ Is interested in  learning and performing ShockWave Therapy
✔️ Has experience in  customer service, sales, or front desk management
✔️ Is  self-motivated and enjoys making a positive impact

This is a part-time to full-time (30-40 hours/week) role with base pay starting at $19-20/hour, plus additional pay (up to $20/hour beyond base pay) for ShockWave Therapy services. We offer  paid time off, paid holidays, and opportunities for professional growth.
