As Senior Manager, Treasury Operations , you’ll be the architect of daily liquidity strategies and a trusted advisor on long-term financial positioning. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you’ll be counted on to deliver stability, insight, and innovation in all things treasury.

With both a strategic mindset and a keen attention to detail, you will ensure the smooth operation of core treasury functions—while constantly looking ahead to improve systems, processes, and policy. You’ll be empowered to lead change, partner cross-functionally, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence company direction.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions , ensuring optimal liquidity and availability for operational and strategic needs.
• Develop robust cash flow forecasts —both short-term and long-term—to support planning and investment decisions.
• Oversee treasury operations , from intercompany funding and settlements to bank account management and transaction execution.
• Implement and optimize treasury management systems , improving visibility and operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks , including currency and interest rate exposure, through strategic hedging and proactive oversight.
• Analyze and report on treasury activity , offering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Shape and enforce treasury policies and procedures , ensuring compliance and best-in-class standards.
• Contribute to broader financial strategy , including M&A support and capital structuring.
