What You’ll Do

As our Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be the first point of contact for many patients, providing an exceptional clinical experience through:

• Conducting exams and creating customized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions
• Performing trigger point injections and ordering diagnostics as needed
• Educating and empowering patients on wellness and preventive care
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, high-performance environment

Our services combine traditional and regenerative therapies to address chronic pain, joint degeneration, hormone imbalance, and overall health optimization. The tools and modalities we use include:

• HCTP/Wharton’s Jelly Injections
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
• Trigger Point Injections
• Chiropractic Care
• Physical Therapy & Functional Rehab
• Shockwave Therapy
• Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
• Medical Weight Loss
• Neuropathy Programs
• Regenerative Aesthetics (Microneedling, PRP Facials, Hair Restoration, and more)

Who You Are

• Friendly, confident, and driven by purpose
• Laser-focused on patient care and detail
• Able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about wellness and regenerative medicine

What You Bring

• 5+ years of clinical experience

• Valid CO NP license + DEA (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

• Experience with Trigger Point Injections (required)

• Bonus: Board Certification in Orthopedics, BHRT certification, or Regenerative Aesthetics background

Location: 9660 Ralston Road. Arvada, CO 80004

Schedule: Full-time, in-person (option for part time available)

Monday-Thursday. No Fridays or Weekends
