Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Executive Recruiter to join our team, focusing on the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. The ideal candidate will leverage a solid sales background and previous recruitment experience to drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing placements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for CPG roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends. Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and job boards. Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to overall business growth. Provide exceptional client service by delivering timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the CPG industry. Solid sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
