Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality installations.
• Oversee electrical installations for HVAC, boilers, chillers, medical gas systems, and building automation controls, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to maintain schedules, resolve technical challenges, and optimize manpower and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify work aligns with blueprints, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Enforce safety compliance, implementing OSHA regulations, electrical safety standards, and job site best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical supervision experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, BACnet, Distech, Alerton, and Schneider Electric.
• Proficiency in construction software, including Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
• Hawaii journeyman electrician license (preferred) or ability to obtain one.
• Local and stable work history, demonstrating reliability and leadership in commercial projects.
