Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing housekeeping and guest services for the training facility.
• Managing Manage room assignments for laundry and housekeeping services.
• Maintain a daily dormitory log of all activities.
• Assist in processing incoming students by providing student information to the Visitor's Control Center (VCC) staff.
• Receive and deliver all messages for students.
• Report maintenance problems and outages of dormitory, cable, and televisions to the contact points designated by the Contracting Officer.
• After business hours, report facilities facility maintenance problems to Security, who will immediately contact the appropriate personnel.
• Report disorderly conduct or boisterous parties/activities immediately to the Security officer.
• Assist students with dormitory problems (for example, issue additional blankets or linen upon student request, issue replacement light bulbs, or give directional guidance).

Qualifications

• Shall possess at least 3 years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experience in the management and supervision of commercial and institutional housekeeping and guest services of the approximate size and characteristics of the FLETC Complex.
• Specific experience in setting up and managing various services, including room assignment, laundry, and housekeeping, is mandatory.
• Shall have proficiency in oral and written communications communication in English.
• Must be able to work during the hours of 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday through Sunday, includes including weekends and holidays
