Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Document Control Admin for our Logistics department to ensure system accurately reflect the incoming, outgoing, and transformation movements of materials in the logistics flow. We must be a reference point within the organization for SAP's SD and MM modules at the user level.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. SAP4HANA is a plus.
• Must be proficient with Excel.
• Must be fluent in English. Conversational Spanish is nice to have.
• Must be comfortable working on a 10am - 7pm (Monday through Friday) work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Document outgoing materials through the pickings. Making sure all logistics processes have reflect in SAP
• Be a link with the loading team and shipping and receiving personnel to ensure all truck is documented
• Register good receipts in the system
• Incident resolution within SAP
• Movement register in system and subcontracting consumption
• Support to logistics department operations
