District Manager/Regional Director- Healthcare

Food-Service Management

Location: Baltimore/Philadelphia Region

Salary: 130+ based on depth of experience

This position requires extensive ACUTE Healthcare Dining Services senior leadership experience in a regional capacity. Hospital experience is a MUST.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an opening for a Dynamic District Manager/Regional Director with a strong background in Hospital Food Service Senior Management. We are seeking a Senior Leader who will reinforce our culture, values and attributes creating an environment for personal growth, enrichment and career success.

The District Manager’s primary role is to serve as a support resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and collective business goals. The Leadership role is a broad, encompassing responsibility for growth of sales, profits and Team Member excellence in the DM’s primary operating area. The District Manager is expected to model our company's values, vision and culture. There are several key success indicators: sales growth, consistent profitability commensurate with the sales levels, operating conditions and the retention of our most valued stakeholders.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in a District Food Service Management role with recent experience in a multi-site Contract Dining Services setting that oversees Café Dining, Retail, Catering and Guest Services
• 5-10 years of Industry leadership experience in a strong General Management role with multi-site responsibilities
• Demonstrated Career Progressive Growth
• Proven success in Change Management
• Impeccable communication skills
• Polished Client Relation skills to include all levels of Organizational Executive Leadership
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary or similar
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours 50% and more when required
