Job Description

Position Purpose: GTM Enablement is a critical component of Beeline’s growth and digital transformation, with the key goal of scaling the revenue-generating organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing an enablement framework for Beeline’s Go to Market organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global enablement framework and program that spans general sales skills, internal operational skills, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver new hire, onboarding, and ongoing training programs.
  • Implement and maintain a learning management program to track training, certification, work completion, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product marketing to develop and review training content.
  • Conduct regular sales skills assessments with sellers and managers to determine enablement and content priorities.
  • Manage all aspects of our regular Lunch & Learn series including speaker preparation, scheduling, content development, and content syndication.
  • Deploy a combination of synchronous and asynchronous enablement programs and content to reach a global audience.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in internal sales and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with customer and partner enablement organizations to identify opportunities for collaboration and content syndication.
  • Drive strategic alignment between cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive content and training experiences.
  • Manage the repository of enablement content in an orderly, consumable, and accessible manner.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years Sales enablement program experience in the SaaS industry
  • Program management / project management experience in a high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute synchronous and asynchronous programs and training
  • Knowledge of instructional design concepts
  • Analytical thinking and ability to tie enablement metrics to business objectives
  • Sales experience appreciated, but not required
  • Vendor Management industry experience appreciated, but not required
