Job Summary:

Med Supply US is seeking a Diabetes Educator Sales Liaison to join our team and drive meaningful partnerships in the diabetes care community. This role is ideal for experienced diabetes educators who can leverage their expertise and connections with patients and clinic decision-makers to expand access to our CGMs and other diabetes management tools. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, advocating for Med Supply US products while ensuring their patients receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Leverage your network within the diabetes care community to promote Med Supply US products, focusing on Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs).
  • Educate Providers: Partner with healthcare providers and diabetes educators to showcase the benefits of our products for improved patient outcomes.
  • Drive Referrals: Work with clinic decision-makers to generate patient referrals for CGMs and other durable medical equipment.
  • Support Patient Access: Assist healthcare providers and patients in navigating insurance processes, ensuring seamless access to our products.
  • Implement Initiatives: Collaborate with clinics and educators to create programs that enhance diabetes management and encourage product adoption.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in diabetes care and share relevant insights with providers and educators.
  • Represent Med Supply US: Attend diabetes-related events, webinars, and conferences to build awareness and strengthen relationships in the diabetes care community.


Qualifications:

  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in diabetes education or a related healthcare role.
  • Established connections with diabetic patients and clinic decision-makers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CGMs, insurance processes, and diabetes management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Passionate about improving diabetes care and empowering healthcare professionals.
